Inspection Trips
A property
investment trip usually lasts 4 days and 3 nights
and involves a trip to Bulgaria to view properties and
become familiar with the area in which you are going to
purchase. A professional from our agents marketing
department will arrange every last
detail for you, based on the information you give us.
We arrange inspection trips where you and a group
of other investors will be given seminars on the joining of
the EU in 2007 and the benefits of Bulgaria being so
good for investment.
You will be met at the airport by a
representative, usually on a Saturday. You will then be
taken to a local hotel in the Sunny Beach area. The next
2 or 3 days would involve viewing properties that suit
your requirements, leaving you the evenings to enjoy the
way of life in on the Black Sea. In 99% of these trips
our clients have usually found their perfect property
within 1 ½ days of arriving.
The price of the investment trips are £249 pounds / €358
euros pp. You are then driven back to the airport
for your flight home. Rest assured that all the hotels
chosen for our clients have been inspected and are never
lower than 3*. Also you will be shown properties in the
comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle, by one of our
enthusiastic and professional representatives.
